Authorization for photovoltaic systems
For the installation and the functioning of systems producing electricity from renewable sources (photovoltaic systems),administrative permits are required.
Gaia Energy manages the bureaucratic procedure concerning the request for all the documents
necessary to obtain required permission for the installation of a photovoltaic system:
- Single Authorization (regional): to require to the Region that will summon all the administrative corporations to a "Services Conference", after which all the required permits for the installation of the photovoltaic plant will be issued.
- Municipal Permits:
- DIA (Denunica di Inizio Attività), it is a declaration to issue to the municipal office in Italy in order to
obtain the permits for the construction of the photovoltaic plant.
- SCIA (Segnalazione Certificata di Inizio Attività), a procedure that allows you to start all the works on
the same day of reporting to the administration in charge.
